Evolution is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time position in Bucharest, Romania. The role focuses on developing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and attracting qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels, particularly for high-volume recruitment.

Responsibilities include identifying and engaging local and international talent, conducting fair and thorough interviews, managing candidate expectations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment and onboarding. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, plan recruitment campaigns, monitor recruitment budgets, and maintain consistent recruitment policies and procedures.

The position also involves analyzing recruitment data, tracking key performance metrics, preparing hiring statistics for stakeholders, researching labor markets, optimizing recruitment workflows, and collaborating with the Employer Branding team and talent acquisition colleagues in other locations. Additional duties include maintaining contact with new hires after placement and supporting the performance and development of the talent acquisition team.

Applicants should have at least two years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a large company, along with high-volume recruitment and recruitment data analysis experience. Excellent English, strong analytical and communication skills, stakeholder relationship management, negotiation abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are required.
