Summer Trainee – Aase Gruppen AS

Job Description

Aase Gruppen AS is looking for ambitious students to join its 2027 Summer Trainee programme in Oslo. The company works on a wide range of construction projects, with a strong focus on sustainable transformation and rehabilitation of commercial buildings. The company has approximately 50 employees and is centrally located in Helsfyr.

As a Summer Trainee, you will participate in projects of varying sizes and phases and have opportunities to develop comprehensive expertise while contributing to collaboration between different stakeholders and identifying technical and commercial solutions. Trainees will also complete a summer project together with other summer trainees, which will be presented to employees and management at the end of the employment period. An assigned sponsor will provide support throughout the summer.

The programme also includes internal social activities through Aase Sports and Culture and Youth in Aase. Aase Gruppen is seeking students currently in their 3rd or 4th year of higher education in construction, real estate, project management, sustainability or technical subjects. Strong interest in project management and sustainable solutions, good collaboration skills, strong written and oral communication and a commitment to learning and development are required. Skilled candidates may have the possibility of permanent employment after the summer job.
