Video Editor (Full-time Job)

DANCE MASTERCLASS | DMC Education GmbH is hiring a full-time Video Editor in Berlin, Germany. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour work week and a hybrid working setup consisting of three days in the Berlin office and two days working remotely.

The Video Editor will create engaging digital-first content including follow-along training videos, interviews, cinematic teasers, vertical reels, long-form lessons, and trailers. The role involves taking ownership of the complete editing process, from raw footage through final export, while ensuring content remains visually engaging and consistent with the brand.

Candidates should be comfortable making editorial decisions, structuring videos independently, improving content flow, and adapting edits for different platforms and audiences. The role also includes collaborating with freelancers and junior editors and helping maintain consistent quality and style across projects.

Applicants must have more than three years of professional experience and strong expertise in Adobe Premiere. Familiarity with modern AI-assisted editing tools and plugins, such as automatic subtitling and voice-to-text solutions, is also valuable.
