Job Description
Tempo Staff is offering a warehouse worker position at a modern logistics warehouse for clothing and online store products in Kąty Wrocławskie, Poland. Duties may include receiving incoming goods, placing products on shelves and in storage areas, picking and packing orders, sorting goods, labeling cartons, and preparing finished orders for shipment.
The position is offered under a contract of mandate. Employees work 5 days per week for 10 hours and 45 minutes per shift, with 1–2 days off per week. Weekend work is possible. Both day and night shifts may be assigned: 6:00–18:00 or 18:00–6:00. During the first month, the shift type is not known in advance and is determined directly at the warehouse. A 45-minute unpaid break is provided.
The rate stated in the remuneration section is PLN 26 net per hour. Subsidized/free accommodation is mentioned, with accommodation listed at PLN 600 and transport at PLN 300. Warehouse experience is not required. Candidates must have good physical condition, manual dexterity, concentration, and the ability to work while standing.
Requirements
- Age 18–50
- Candidates of any nationality, except citizens of Georgia
- Knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian, English or Spanish
- Good physical condition and manual dexterity

- For candidates from Latin America: for a group of 10 people, at least one candidate with English knowledge is required to act as a group leader
